The main interaction with the service happens in a chat with the bot @strong01bot. The coach sees your history, plans, and watch data, so the answers are based on your numbers, not generic advice.

What it can do

Voice, photos, and files

Voice messages are recognized automatically — you can dictate a report on the go. The coach recognizes and saves photos of smart scale displays and test reports: body composition metrics go into the diary, and the rest goes into the athlete’s memory.

How to report so it is useful

The coach cares not only about kilometres but also about context. A good report is short but includes how you felt:

Such details affect the next week more than second-by-second precision.

Examples of phrases that work

What the coach will ask on their own

If something important is missing from the athlete's profile — season goals, day-by-day availability, health restrictions, equipment, or level — the coach will occasionally ask one short question in the chat. You can answer in just a few words: they will parse the answer and save it to the profile. There's no need to reply right away.

Races and results

If a workout coincides with your target race, the review starts with congratulations, not with the percentage of the plan completed. After the main race, the coach will suggest recovery and ask about your next goal — once you name it, they will rebuild the entire planning cascade around it.

The coach doesn't see dropping out of the distance as a failure: they will acknowledge the work done and gently go over the reasons.

Commands and quick requests

Everything else can be written in free text: the service doesn't require any special phrasing.

What the coach doesn't do

If the answer looks strange

The coach responds to the last message and relies on the dialogue history. If they mixed up the day or the distance, correct it right in the chat: "that was yesterday's workout", "I was talking about a half marathon, not a marathon" — they will recalculate and take the correction into account.
