Planning works as a cascade: each next horizon builds on the previous one instead of living on its own.

Cascade of horizons

  1. Goal of the year — formed from the questionnaire and refined in dialogue.
  2. Season strategy — how the preparation periods for the main race are distributed.
  3. Monthly plan — volumes and weekly focus areas.
  4. Weekly plan — specific workouts by day.
  5. Daily plan — what you see in the morning in the chat and in the mini app.

The rule is simple: an edit at the lower level does not break the upper one, while a change of goal rebuilds the whole chain.

What is taken into account

Auto-generation schedule

In the dashboard, on the “Plan” tab, each plan has a button with a gear icon — it opens the schedule for that horizon:

At night, plans are rebuilt as a cascade — month, then week, then day — so that by morning the daily plan is based on fresh data.

Replan manually

In the dashboard, each horizon has a replanning button: season, month, week, day. It triggers regeneration and survives a page reload — you can close the tab and come back later.

Why the plan changes

A plan is not a schedule on paper but a living document. It changes when:

How to request a change

Right in the chat, in plain words: “move the long run to Sunday,” “only three workouts this week,” “my knee hurts, remove the impact sessions,” “add swimming on Wednesdays.” The coach will recalculate the affected horizons and save the new plan — it will appear both in the dashboard and in the mini app.

If you ask to “show” or “outline” the plan, the coach will reply in text and won’t overwrite anything. Saving happens when you ask to apply, lock in, or reflect changes.

If the plan seems unsuitable

Don't silently adjust to it — that's the most common mistake. Write what exactly is off: too much volume, an inconvenient day, no access to a pool, not enough time in the evening. The coach takes constraints literally: the minute limits you set in the questionnaire and blocked dates are never violated.
