A single 1trAIner account works on the website, in the bot chat, in the Telegram mini app and in the iPhone app.

Registration

  1. On 1trainer.ru, open the "Sign up" tab and enter your name, email and a password of at least 8 characters.
  2. The form may ask you to pass a Yandex SmartCaptcha check — this is protection against bots.
  3. Open the email and follow the link. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Email confirmation

Until your email is confirmed, the dashboard doesn't open: you see the "Confirm your email" page instead. It has a "Send the email again" button and a hint if the address looks like it has a typo. After you follow the link, the dashboard opens and your free 7 days begin.

No email? Check your "Spam" folder. You can resend the email once every couple of minutes. In the dashboard, this is the "Send confirmation email" button in your profile.

Unused accounts

If the email hasn't been confirmed for 7 days and the account hasn't been used — no sign-ins, no messages to the bot and no workouts — the account is deleted. Paid accounts are not deleted this way. The rule is described in the privacy policy, section "Unused accounts".

If you started with Telegram

The mini app creates an account from your Telegram data automatically. If you later go from the mini app to the dashboard and sign up with an email, the service adds to that same account rather than creating a second one: one Telegram keeps one account.

Password

Forgot your password? On the sign-in form, tap "Forgot password?". The email arrives only if your email address is confirmed. The link is single-use and valid for 60 minutes; if it has expired, request a new one.

Language

The language of the coach's replies is changed with a command in chat: /lang en, /lang zh or /lang ru. In the iPhone app, the language is chosen in "Profile", and the choice is saved for the bot and the dashboard.

Deleting your account

In the iPhone app: "Profile" → "Account and data" → "Delete account…". A confirmation code will be sent to your email and is valid for 15 minutes. Deletion starts after 7 days; until then, you can cancel it with the "Cancel deletion" button. Signing in to the account does not cancel the deletion.

Without the app: send a request to info@1trainer.ru from the address the account is registered to. The procedure is described on the personal data requests page. There is no delete button in the web dashboard.
