1trAIner public offer for informational services
Revision of 8 September 2026. This document is a public offer by OUTSTAFFHUNTER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (OOO «АУТСТАФХАНТЕР») to conclude an agreement for informational services with a user of the 1trAIner service.
1. Subject of the agreement
The provider grants the user access to the Service and provides informational services: aggregation, structuring, and analysis of sports and user data, and preparation of AI answers, training plans, reviews, reports, and recommendations.
2. Acceptance
Acceptance is deemed to occur upon account registration, ticking the consent box, paying for a subscription, or actually using paid features of the Service.
3. Subscription and payment
Paid features are provided on a subscription basis — access for the term of the selected plan. Current plans and terms are published on the «Plans and pricing» page. On registration the user receives a 7-day free trial.
Payment is made as a single charge through the acquiring bank Tochka. Access opens once the payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charges: when the paid period ends, access to paid features stops and renewal is a new payment. Paying before the current period ends extends access by the term of the new plan.
4. Changes to plans and terms
The provider may change the terms of this offer and the plans by publishing a new revision on the website. New prices apply to periods paid for after publication; the price of an already paid period is not recalculated. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new revision.
5. Term and termination
The agreement is effective from acceptance until the user stops using the Service. The user may withdraw at any time as described in «Payment, refunds, and service delivery». The provider may suspend access in case of breach of the terms of use or of applicable law.
6. Medical disclaimer
The Service does not provide medical services and does not replace a consultation with a doctor, coach, or other specialist. The user independently assesses the applicability of the recommendations.
