If you are a coach, nutritionist or sports psychologist, you can work with clients in 1trAIner. The specialist workspace runs on the website; the mini app only has an "Open in browser" link.

How to become a specialist

  1. Log in to the dashboard on the website and choose "Become a specialist" in the account menu.
  2. Complete the steps: "Specializations", "Work information", "Profile details", "Verification" and "Financial readiness".
  3. Tap "Submit for review".

Creating a profile does not turn on accepting payments through the platform.

Specialization verification

Each specialization — "Coach", "Nutritionist", "Sports psychologist" — is verified separately. Upload a diploma, certificate or professional development certificate: PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB, no more than 5 files. Identity documents are not needed.

A decision is made within three business days at most. Statuses: "under review", "needs clarification", "verified", "rejected", "suspended". Documents are seen only by 1trAIner reviewers; clients see only the outcome of the review.

Specialist catalog

Only a verified and active profile appears in the catalog — and only with your consent: in your profile settings, check "Show my profile in the platform's specialist catalog". Clients from the catalog send requests — you'll find them in the "Catalog requests" section. You need to reply within 3 days, otherwise the request closes.

Invitations

You can invite a client with a link: the "Invitations" section → "Create link". The link is shown once, is valid for 7 days and can be accepted once. The platform sends nothing on its own — pass the link to the client yourself. When accepting the invitation, the client chooses which data to share with you and can revoke access at any time.

Requests from the AI chat

The AI coach may suggest you to an athlete. If the athlete agrees, you'll receive a request with a short summary that they approved themselves; you don't see their chat history with the AI. The buttons are "Accept request" and "Decline". You have 48 hours to reply. "Accept request" sends the client an invitation.

Services

In the "Services" section, publish your services: "One-off session" or "30-day support", the price for the client and the duration. An edited service is published as a new version. Payment goes to you directly, outside the platform: payments through 1trAIner are currently turned off, and no commission is taken.

Schedule and sessions

The "Schedule" section holds consultations and meetings with clients. Create a new session with the "Schedule session" button; the client confirms the time on their side.

Client plans

A coach prepares a client's plan as a draft: "Create draft", then "Approve and publish". The draft is not visible to the client until you approve it. A draft from the AI is not published to the client — only a human approves it.

When a client has a plan you approved, their edits through the AI coach in chat don't overwrite the plan; they come to you as a proposal.

A psychologist's private notes

A psychologist can keep private notes about a client. Only the author can read them: the notes are encrypted with a separate key and are not visible to the client, administrators or the AI.

Other sections of the workspace

The workspace also has the "Attention", "Clients", "Messages" and "Conflicts" sections. To see how the work looks from the client's side, read "Live specialists".
