When a workout reaches the service, the coach sends its review to Telegram on its own. You don't need to request anything.

Which workouts get a review

A review arrives for workouts from Garmin, Polar, COROS and Strava, for recordings from the 1trAIner app for iPhone, and for Apple Watch workouts. An Apple Watch workout is reviewed with a short delay: the service first checks whether the same workout will come from another watch. Reviews are made for workouts uploaded within the last 3 days.

What's in the review

One message, with blocks in this order:

  1. Plan — what was scheduled for the day. If there was no plan, the coach looks at the actual workout.
  2. Actual — what you did: distance, time, pace, heart rate.
  3. Form — what the workout did for your fitness.
  4. Body Battery for the workout — if Garmin data is available.
  5. Territory — how many cells were captured in the game, if the track produced any.
  6. Recovery — what to do next.

A block without data is simply not shown. All the numbers are calculated by the service, not the model: if a number that isn't in the data were to appear in the text, a verified template would be sent instead.

Mood buttons

Under the review there are three buttons: 😀 😐 😞 — how the workout felt. The pressed button gets a checkmark, and you can change your choice. The rating is saved in the workout journal — the same place as the mood buttons in the dashboard. The coach will reply briefly, and if several workouts in a row were 😞, it will ask how you feel and won't add volume.

Picture for friends

A review of a workout with a GPS track comes with a picture: a 3D map with the route and captured cells, the name, date, distance, pace and time. The "📱 Stories" button sends a vertical version for stories.

In the dashboard journal, Garmin and Strava workouts have a 🖼 "Picture for friends" button: there you can choose a light or dark theme, the "Stories" or "Feed" format, and download or share the picture.

Evening "Daily summary"

At 21:00 in your time zone, the coach sends the "Daily summary" to Telegram: steps and your step goal, average and peak stress, Body Battery in the morning and evening, the day's workouts and the first line of tomorrow's plan. Steps, stress and Body Battery come from Garmin. If there isn't a single number for the day, no summary is sent.

If the review didn't arrive

  1. Check that the workout appears in the dashboard journal: first, the watch has to sync with its own app.
  2. Check that the chat with the bot is linked to your account and that the bot isn't blocked.
  3. Ask in the chat: "review my last workout".
