Plans
- Month — 450 ₽.
- Year — 4999 ₽, better value than monthly payment.
The plans are functionally identical: the only difference is the term and price. Current terms are always shown in the dashboard, in the account menu, under "Subscription" (1trainer.ru/sport#/profile/billing).
How to pay
- Open the "Subscription" section in your dashboard and choose a plan.
- Follow the payment link — it leads to the payment page of Tochka Bank.
- Pay by card or via SBP. Once the payment is confirmed, access is extended automatically.
You can also pay in the Telegram mini app: the "Profile" tab, the "Plan" block, the "Pay" button. There is no payment in the iPhone app — you take out the subscription on the website.
You can also get a payment link in the chat with your coach. When your subscription expires, the coach sends it automatically along with the amount and plan name. This is handy when paying on your phone.
What happens when the period ends
- There are no automatic charges: the service doesn't store your card and doesn't renew the subscription on its own.
- Before it ends, a reminder with a payment link arrives in Telegram or MAX — three days before, one day before, and after it ends.
- If you don't renew, the AI coach replies to messages only with a payment link, and plans are no longer issued.
- Your account, workout history, plans and measurements stay in place: after payment, everything continues from where it left off.
How to renew
The same way you pay: the "Subscription" section in your dashboard or the link from your coach in the chat. The new period is added to the current one rather than resetting it — paying in advance is no problem.
Expiration reminders
The service warns you in advance, not silently: a reminder arrives in Telegram or MAX three days before the period ends, one day before, and after your access has ended. Each message includes a ready-made payment link, so you can pay on your phone in two taps.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial starts when you confirm your email. If you started with Telegram, it starts when you open the mini app after filling in the questionnaire. The free trial is given once and includes everything: planning, workout reviews, integrations, the mini app. There are no feature limits during the free trial, no card is required, and there is no automatic switch to a paid plan.
Referral program
Invite a friend with your link — it's in the dashboard: "Profile" → "Referral program". The link to the Telegram bot and your code are there too.
- For every subscription payment made by the friend you invited, you get 50 ₽ on your referral balance — for 12 months from their first payment.
- The balance is exchanged for subscription days: 15 ₽ = 1 day. The button is "Exchange for N days of subscription".
- A friend counts if they came via your link no later than 7 days after registration and had not paid for anything before.
- The card shows how many friends were invited and have paid, the balance and the credit history.

VIP access
A separate internal plan that provides full access at no charge. It is assigned manually by the service administrator, for example to partners and testers. You can't sign up for it yourself.
Refunds and disputed payments
Refund terms are set out in "Payment and Refunds" (1trainer.ru/legal/payment-refund). If your payment went through but your access wasn't activated, email support@1trainer.ru with the payment date, amount, and account email address so we can quickly locate the payment.
