The plans are functionally identical: the only difference is the term and price. Current terms are always shown in the dashboard, in the account menu, under "Subscription" (1trainer.ru/sport#/profile/billing).
How to pay
- Open the "Subscription" section in your dashboard and choose a plan.
- Follow the payment link — it leads to the payment page of Tochka Bank.
- Pay by card or via SBP. Once the payment is confirmed, access is extended automatically.
You can also get the payment link in the chat with your coach: if your subscription has ended, they send it themselves along with the amount and plan name. This is handy when you pay from your phone.
What happens when the period ends
- There are no automatic charges: the service doesn't store your card and doesn't renew the subscription on its own.
- A few days before it ends, a reminder with the payment link arrives in the messenger — three days before, one day before, and on the day it ends.
- If you don't renew, the AI coach stops responding and plans are no longer generated.
- Your account, workout history, plans, and measurements stay in place: after payment, everything continues from the same point.
How to renew
The same way you pay: the "Subscription" section in your dashboard or the link from your coach in the chat. The new period is added to the current one rather than resetting it — paying in advance is no problem.
Expiration reminders
The service warns you in advance and doesn't stay silent: a reminder arrives in the messenger three days before the period ends, one day before, and on the day access ends. Each message includes a ready payment link — you can pay from your phone in two taps.
Free trial
The 7-day trial starts at registration and includes everything: planning, workout reviews, integrations, the mini app. There are no feature limits during the trial, no card is required, and there is no automatic switch to a paid plan.
VIP access
A separate service plan with full access and no payment. It is assigned manually by the service administrator — for example, to partners and testers. You cannot sign up for it yourself.
Refunds and disputed payments
Refund terms are described in the document "Payment and Refunds" (1trainer.ru/legal/payment-refund). If the payment went through but access didn't open, write to support@1trainer.ru and include the date, amount, and account email — this information makes the payment easy to find.
