Today

About RPE

RPE is perceived exertion on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is very easy and 10 is maximum. It is a subjective rating, and it is useful: together with heart rate it shows what the workout cost you.

Dashboard

A tab with the numbers: weekly and monthly volume against the plan, totals by sport, weight over 90 days as a chart, recovery over the last week and a list of recent workouts.

Questionnaire

This is where the "Goal of the year" block lives: you can view the goal you have already formulated or ask the service to build it again from your data. Below is the questionnaire itself, in six steps with a progress indicator. If the questionnaire is already filled in, the app will say so, and you can change the data in your dashboard.

Weight

A field for entering weight and a "Record weight" button. Below is a chart for the last thirty entries and a list of the latest values. Entries from the chat with the coach and from the app go into the same diary.

Profile

Going to the dashboard

From the profile in the app you can go to the web dashboard already signed in — no need to enter your password a second time. This is handy when you need settings that are not available in the app: connecting Garmin and FatSecret, plan schedule, subscription payment.

What to do in the app every day

  1. In the morning, open "Today" and check how you feel and your plan.
  2. After a workout, mark it as completed if the activity is not recorded by your watch, and enter the RPE.
  3. Every few days, record your weight in the "Weight" tab.
  4. Anything that needs discussion — in the chat with the coach via the button in the profile.

If the app shows old data

The mini app pulls the summary when opened. Close and reopen it — the data will refresh. If the plan has just changed, let the coach finish: saving takes a few seconds.
