Over 8 weeks, yoga for a runner is an additional practice that has to fit around runs and rest days. After a long run or speed work, it shouldn't turn into another hard workout. How often and what you practise depends on your running volume and how you feel, not on a rush to master difficult poses.
The 1trAIner AI coach builds a plan around your yoga experience, running level and run schedule. Data from your Garmin or Apple Watch syncs automatically, and the plan is recalculated after every workout. Your comments about leg fatigue and how comfortable the movements feel help account for what a run log doesn't show.
In the first weeks you find suitable slots for practice in your running schedule and learn the movements without extra effort. Then the sessions change along with your training load: progress here means staying consistent and in control of the movements, not necessarily increasing how deep you stretch. The first 7 days are free. Continuing costs 450 ₽ per month or 4999 ₽ per year, with no automatic charges.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a sports watch?
No. You can start without one: the plan is based on your goal, level, and available time. With a Garmin or Apple Watch, the plan can be tailored more precisely — the coach can see your heart rate, sleep, and actual weekly training volume.
