The goal is to complete a 113 km triathlon after 28 weeks of preparation, saving energy for the final running leg. This requires not only endurance but also a nutrition and hydration strategy tested in training. Before starting, it's important to compare your current base with the available time for long sessions: the timeframe alone does not mean readiness for the race.
The coach in 1trAIner builds a plan around your level and schedule, setting aside time for long sessions and recovery in advance. Data from your Garmin or Apple Watch syncs automatically. After each workout, the plan is recalculated, and your notes on how you feel complement the training load metrics.
Start by establishing a sustainable training volume, then gradually lengthen key sessions and practise your nutrition strategy. Later, the focus shifts towards bike-run bricks and finding an effort you can sustain without a sharp drop in performance. Progress shows in how well you handle long sessions, how you recover afterwards and having your race-day choices tested in advance. The subscription costs 450 ₽ per month or 4999 ₽ per year. The first 7 days are free, with no automatic charges.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a sports watch?
No. You can start without one: the plan is based on your goal, level, and available time. With a Garmin or Apple Watch, the plan can be tailored more precisely — the coach can see your heart rate, sleep, and actual weekly training volume.
