The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.
The first 7 days are free, no card needed. No automatic charges: you renew your subscription manually.
On a multi-day trip, it's important not only to finish the day's walk but also to recover by the next morning. Over 12 weeks of preparation, you gradually get used to walking with a backpack and to repeated loads. The length of outings and the weight of your gear depend on your future route and your fitness; you don't need to increase everything at once.
The 1trAIner AI coach builds a plan around your level and schedule, leaving room for both long outings and rest. Data from your Garmin or Apple Watch syncs automatically, and the plan is recalculated after every workout. You supplement that data with notes on sleep, fatigue, and how your back and legs feel, so the next training load takes your recovery into account.
At the start of your preparation, you strengthen your back and legs and check how comfortable your backpack is on short outings. Later, if the load is tolerated well, outings on consecutive days appear in the plan. Before the trip, the volume decreases so you don't start the route with accumulated fatigue. The main sign of progress is recovering more easily after walking and being able to move again the next day.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a sports watch?
No. You can start without one: the plan is based on your goal, level, and available time. With a Garmin or Apple Watch, the plan can be tailored more precisely — the coach can see your heart rate, sleep, and actual weekly training volume.
