The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.
The first 7 days are free, no card needed. No automatic charges: you renew your subscription manually.
Preparing for your first summit starts with choosing a route: it determines the demands on your fitness, technique, and gear. Over 12 weeks, it's important to establish regular walking, strengthen your legs, and get used to climbs and descents. If you don't have experience yet, your starting load is based on your usual activity, not on the standards of experienced participants.
The 1trAIner AI coach builds a plan for your level and schedule so you can follow your sessions consistently. Data from your Garmin or Apple Watch syncs automatically, and the plan is recalculated after every workout. You can message your coach if an exercise is unclear, you missed a session, or the load turned out to be too heavy.
In the first few weeks, you get used to the schedule and learn basic leg and foot exercises. You then add longer hikes and practice on varied terrain, where you can test your footwear and backpack before the trip. Training load is reduced before the climb; progress shows in consistent training and greater confidence on familiar routes. If your chosen summit requires technical skills or acclimatization, plan these separately with an instructor or guide.

What you get during 7 days of free access
- In the free first 7 days, you fill out a questionnaire: which summit you've chosen, when you're going, how much you usually walk, and which days you can train.
- You receive the first week of the plan with manageable walking and basic exercises, along with guidelines for duration and effort.
- The coach reviews your first workouts, takes your questions and how you feel into account, then adjusts the upcoming sessions without trying to make up for everything at once.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a sports watch?
No. You can start without one: the plan is based on your goal, level, and available time. With a Garmin or Apple Watch, the plan can be tailored more precisely — the coach can see your heart rate, sleep, and actual weekly training volume.
What happens after the free week?
The subscription costs 450 ₽ per month or 4999 ₽ per year. There are no automatic charges: your card details are not stored, and you renew manually using the link in the reminder.
Is the coach a person or a program?
1trAIner is an informational service: plans and reviews are prepared by AI based on your data. This is not a medical service and not a substitute for a doctor or an in-person coach.
What if my goal changes?
Let the coach know in the chat. Your plan is currently built around “First summit: 12 weeks of preparation”, but race dates can change, injuries happen, and vacations come up. The coach will adjust your training cycle to fit your new circumstances.
