The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.
The first 7 days are free, no card needed. No automatic charges: you renew your subscription manually.
Over 12 weeks of hiking preparation, it's important to make walking a regular habit and get used to the load on the route. The length of outings and backpack weight are chosen based on your experience, the terrain, and trip conditions, not a general standard. Besides endurance, you need stability on uneven ground and strength in your legs and back.
In 1trAIner, the AI coach builds a plan around your level and available days so long outings fit into your schedule. Data from a Garmin or Apple Watch syncs automatically, and the plan is recalculated after every workout. You can write to the coach about how you feel and any discomfort with the backpack: watch metrics alone aren't enough to assess the load.
At the start of the plan, you establish a steady walking rhythm and add exercises for your feet and legs. Midway through, outings gradually get longer, and the terrain and gear get closer to your route conditions. Before the trip, the load decreases to leave time for recovery. Progress shows when a familiar distance feels easier and you still have energy for everyday tasks after an outing.

What you get during 7 days of free access
- At the start of your 7 free days, you fill out a questionnaire about your route, trip date, walking experience, the backpack you plan to carry and the time available for preparation.
- You receive the first week of the plan with walking and exercises for your legs and back; session duration accounts for your current activity level.
- The coach reviews your completed workouts and how you feel, then adjusts upcoming sessions based on the actual load.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a sports watch?
No. You can start without one: the plan is based on your goal, level, and available time. With a Garmin or Apple Watch, the plan can be tailored more precisely — the coach can see your heart rate, sleep, and actual weekly training volume.
What happens after the free week?
The subscription costs 450 ₽ per month or 4999 ₽ per year. There are no automatic charges: your card details are not stored, and you renew manually using the link in the reminder.
Is the coach a person or a program?
1trAIner is an informational service: plans and reviews are prepared by AI based on your data. This is not a medical service and not a substitute for a doctor or an in-person coach.
What if my goal changes?
Let the coach know in the chat. Your plan is currently built around “Hiking preparation: 12-week training plan”, but race dates can change, injuries happen, and vacations come up. The coach will adjust your training cycle to fit your new circumstances.
