The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.
The first 7 days are free, no card needed. No automatic charges: you renew your subscription manually.
The Siberian International Marathon covers 42.2 km, so your 20-week preparation should build on the running volume you can already handle. Another priority is keeping effort under control when your usual pace feels harder in warm weather. Test your fuelling and hydration strategy in advance rather than figuring it out during the race.
The 1trAIner coach builds a plan around your level, schedule, and ability to move sessions to cooler times. Records from Garmin or Apple Watch sync automatically, and the plan is recalculated after every workout. Your notes about heat, sleep, and fatigue also help with adjustments.
As preparation progresses, long sessions get longer, and that's where you practise nutrition and effort control. Progress is assessed not only by speed but also by how well you hold up by the end of a run. Before the race, the load decreases so you don't bring fatigue from recent workouts to the marathon.
