The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.
The first 7 days are free, no card needed. No automatic charges: you renew your subscription manually.
This 20-week plan prepares you for the 42.2 km Nizhny Novgorod Marathon. On a hilly course, you need to handle the climbs without overloading your legs on the descents. Alongside building marathon endurance, you gradually adapt to these changing demands.
The 1trAIner coach builds a plan for your level and schedule, taking into account access to hills and time for strength training. Data from Garmin or Apple Watch syncs automatically, and the plan is recalculated after every workout. Your notes on muscle fatigue help adjust sessions after hilly routes.
At first, familiar runs and manageable strength training are used, then hills are included in the long run. Progress is visible in maintaining movement control and a smaller drop in performance after difficult sections. At the end of preparation, volume decreases, and race strategy accounts for effort on climbs and restraint on descents.
