The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.
The first 7 days are free, no card needed. No automatic charges: you renew your subscription manually.
12 weeks before the Murmansk cross-country skiing marathon, you need to match the chosen distance with your current volume and experience of long outings. For a race in cold and windy weather, proven clothing and the ability to drink and eat properly matter. There is no need to deliberately expose yourself to hypothermia during workouts.
In 1trAIner, the coach builds a plan for your level and schedule, taking into account your access to snow and your travel dates. Data from Garmin or Apple Watch syncs automatically, and the plan is recalculated after every workout. Notes about the weather, how well your skis glide, and how you feel help you avoid judging your fitness by speed alone.
Week by week, the manageable duration of ski sessions increases, and you check your gear in suitable, safe conditions. Progress is assessed by effort control and recovery, since speed depends heavily on the snow. Before departure, volume decreases, leaving time for travel and rest.
