The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.

Preparation for the Nikolov Perevoz marathon over 12 weeks should account not only for the chosen distance but also for the fatigue already accumulated over the season. If other races come before it, they need to be included in the overall training load. The task is to direct existing fitness toward a specific race, not to continuously increase volume.
The 1trAIner coach selects a plan for your level and schedule, taking into account your ski training and race calendar. Data from Garmin or Apple Watch syncs automatically, and the plan is recalculated after each workout. A weekend race counts towards your training load, so you may need lighter training afterwards.
First, your condition after previous sessions and races is assessed, then work for the chosen marathon format is added. Progress shows up as steady movement without constant muscle heaviness. Toward the main race, volume decreases, and attempts to make up for missed sessions give way to recovery.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a sports watch?
No. You can start without one: the plan is based on your goal, level, and available time. With a Garmin or Apple Watch, the plan can be tailored more precisely — the coach can see your heart rate, sleep, and actual weekly training volume.
