The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.
The first 7 days are free, no card needed. No automatic charges: you renew your subscription manually.
Preparation for 21.1 km in 16 weeks starts with assessing how regularly you currently run. This distance requires the ability to sustain a manageable effort for a long time, not just to run short segments fast. If part of your preparation happens in winter, it is more important to keep the rhythm of training than to hold a pace on a slippery road at any cost.
The 1trAIner coach builds a plan for your level, work schedule, and available running conditions. Data from a Garmin or Apple Watch syncs automatically, and after each workout the plan is recalculated based on the training load completed.
The first weeks help you establish regular easy running, then runs get longer and work on a steady pace is added. Progress shows in how long you can run without effort creeping up and how you recover. Closer to the half marathon, the volume decreases so you arrive at the race without accumulated fatigue.
