The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.
The first 7 days are free, no card needed. No automatic charges: you renew your subscription manually.
With 12 weeks until the "Ski Track of Russia", you can establish regular training suited to your race distance and current experience. If you rarely ski, getting used to the movements and training load matters more at first than chasing speed. Balance, controlled braking and taking climbs comfortably all require practice.
In 1trAIner, the coach builds a plan for your level and schedule, taking into account access to ski trails and dryland training. Garmin or Apple Watch syncs data automatically, and the plan is recalculated after every workout. The plan helps manage your training load, but in-person lessons may be needed to learn basic technique.
First, you establish a routine of short, manageable ski outings and general conditioning, then increase your time on skis. Progress means fewer unplanned stops and feeling more comfortable on a familiar route. Before the race, training load is reduced to keep you fresh while maintaining your usual rhythm.
