The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.
The first 7 days are free, no card needed. No automatic charges: you renew your subscription manually.
During 12 weeks of preparation for the "Race of Heroes", you need to develop the ability to switch between running and strength-based efforts. Your chosen race format and experience determine how much to focus on endurance, grip and core strength. Running alone won't prepare you for every obstacle, while heavy strength training without running won't prepare you to cover the distance.
The 1trAIner coach builds a plan for your level and schedule, taking into account access to a gym, a pull-up bar, and a safe area. Data from Garmin or Apple Watch syncs automatically, and the plan is recalculated after each workout. For strength tasks, it is useful to additionally log completed exercises and how you feel, since the watch does not reflect the full load.
First, you build a routine of running and strength training at a manageable volume, then combine them as your readiness improves. Progress means being able to return to easy running after an exercise without a long recovery. Complex obstacles require in-person instruction in a safe setting, and strenuous training is reduced before the race.

Do I need a sports watch?
No. You can start without one: the plan is based on your goal, level, and available time. With a Garmin or Apple Watch, the plan can be tailored more precisely — the coach can see your heart rate, sleep, and actual weekly training volume.
