The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.

Preparing for the Cross of the Nation over 12 weeks starts with confirming the distance in your city. In a short race it's easy to spend too much energy early, so you need not only speed but also effort control. Easy running remains the foundation, and accelerations complement it based on your experience.
In 1trAIner, the coach builds a plan for your level, chosen route, and available days. Workout data from Garmin or Apple Watch syncs automatically, and the plan is recalculated after each workout. Fast intervals are tailored to allow time for recovery between efforts.
First, consistency is established, then come sessions for a smooth build-up and maintaining technique. Week by week you assess whether you can run the segments evenly, without a sharp drop at the end. Before the race the volume decreases, and short controlled accelerations help keep the feeling of speed.
