The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.
The first 7 days are free, no card needed. No automatic charges: you renew your subscription manually.
Your 12-week preparation for "Running City" depends on your event category and how its rules allow you to get around. The main physical challenge is spending hours on your feet while maintaining your energy and staying focused on the route. Footwear, nutrition and getting used to moving again after stops matter alongside endurance.
In 1trAIner, the coach builds a plan for your level and schedule, choosing walking, running or a combination according to your category's rules. Garmin or Apple Watch syncs data automatically, and the plan is recalculated after each workout. Notes on foot fatigue and how you feel overall help fine-tune the load of longer outings.
First, you establish regular walks or easy runs, then increase the time you spend continuously on your feet. Longer outings let you test your shoes, socks, backpack and nutrition, but fitness training does not replace orienteering practice. Progress means feeling more consistent through to the end of the route. Training load is reduced before the event.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a sports watch?
No. You can start without one: the plan is based on your goal, level, and available time. With a Garmin or Apple Watch, the plan can be tailored more precisely — the coach can see your heart rate, sleep, and actual weekly training volume.
What happens after the free week?
The subscription costs 450 ₽ per month or 4999 ₽ per year. There are no automatic charges: your card details are not stored, and you renew manually using the link in the reminder.
