If you came from a specific goal page — say, a half marathon in under five hours or your first ten pull-ups — the coach opens the conversation already knowing why you're here. The goal arrives with you and is pre-filled in the first chat.
Then it asks just two things: the race date or the deadline by which you need the result, and your current level — how many workouts per week you can manage right now. There's no long questionnaire at this step: the service will pick up the rest from your workouts.
What this gives you: the first plan appears in the very first conversation, not after ten questions about what you want. You can choose a goal on any preparation page — for example, in the races section.
