1trAIner public offer for informational services
Revision of 15 October 2026. This document is a public offer by OUTSTAFFHUNTER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (OOO «АУТСТАФХАНТЕР») to conclude an agreement for informational services with a user of the 1trAIner service.
1. Subject of the agreement
The provider grants the user access to the Service and provides informational services: aggregation, structuring, and analysis of sports and user data, and preparation of AI answers, training plans, reviews, reports, and recommendations.
2. Acceptance
Acceptance is deemed to occur upon account registration, ticking the consent box, paying for a subscription, or actually using paid features of the Service.
3. Subscription and payment
Paid features are provided on a subscription basis — access for the term of the selected plan. Current plans and terms are published on the «Plans and pricing» page. On registration the user receives a 7-day free trial.
Payment is made as a single charge through the acquiring bank Tochka. Access opens once the payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charges: when the paid period ends, access to paid features stops and renewal is a new payment. Paying before the current period ends extends access by the term of the new plan.
4. Changes to plans and terms
The provider may change the terms of this offer and the plans by publishing a new revision on the website. New prices apply to periods paid for after publication; the price of an already paid period is not recalculated. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new revision.
5. Term and termination
The agreement is effective from acceptance until the user stops using the Service. The user may withdraw at any time as described in «Payment, refunds, and service delivery». The provider may suspend access in case of breach of the terms of use or of applicable law.
The provider may suspend and delete an unused account in the manner and within the periods set out in the Privacy policy (paragraph «Unused accounts»). This does not apply to users who have paid for a subscription.
6. Medical disclaimer
The Service does not provide medical services and does not replace a consultation with a doctor, coach, or other specialist. The user independently assesses the applicability of the recommendations.
7. Referral program
7.1. Any registered User may participate in the referral program. A personal referral link and code are available in the «Profile → Referral program» section on the Service website.
7.2. An Invitee is a user who followed a Participant's referral link (to the Service website or the Service's Telegram bot), registered with the Service no earlier than 7 days before being linked, and has not previously paid for a subscription. A Participant cannot invite themselves. The link between an Invitee and a Participant is permanent and cannot be changed.
7.3. For each successful subscription payment made by an Invitee within 12 months of the Invitee's first payment, the Participant is credited with 50 bonus points. Points are credited after the payment is confirmed. Payments made by the Invitee after the 12-month period do not earn bonus points.
7.4. Bonus points are not money or electronic money. They are not paid out, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred to other users, and may be used only to extend the Participant's subscription at the rate of 15 bonus points per 1 day of access. Points are exchanged for a whole number of days; the remainder stays on the balance.
7.5. Bonus points do not expire while the Participant's account exists. If the account is deleted, they are cancelled without compensation.
7.6. If a payment is refunded to the Invitee, the bonus points credited for that payment are deducted from the Participant's balance. If the balance becomes negative as a result, exchange is unavailable until it is restored.
7.7. The Participant must not:
- register multiple accounts, invite themselves, or make fictitious payments to obtain bonus points;
- distribute the referral link without the recipients' consent, including by mass mailing;
- place advertising using the name «1trAIner», including search and contextual advertising for queries containing this name, or present themselves as a representative of the provider.
In case of a violation, the provider may cancel the credited bonus points and the Invitee links and remove the Participant from the program.
7.8. The Provider may change the terms of the referral program or terminate it by publishing a new revision of the offer. Changes do not affect bonus points already credited. If the program is terminated, accumulated bonus points can be exchanged for subscription days within 30 days of publication.
