The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.
The first 7 days are free, no card needed. No automatic charges: you renew your subscription manually.
Over 12 weeks, the goal is to find a sustainable place for running in the morning, not just to set your alarm earlier. That means accounting for time for sleep, warm-up, and getting ready after the workout. If an early start regularly cuts into your sleep, it's more useful to revisit the schedule than to increase the load.
In 1trAIner, the coach selects workouts to suit your level and the time you have available in the morning. Data from connected Garmin or Apple Watch devices syncs automatically, and the training plan is recalculated after every workout. Feedback on sleep and how you feel during the day helps determine whether the routine works for you.
First, you lock in a convenient time to head out and a calm start to the run. As you adapt, the duration or content of workouts changes without requiring you to go hard every morning. Progress is measured by consistency and by whether you still have enough energy for the workday.
