The area on the map isn't yours yet. You run a loop around the park — and the land inside the loop becomes yours. You run through a neighbor's section — you take that too. In the runners' ranking you move up to first place.

Running a half marathon of 21.1 km in 1:30 requires an average pace of about 4:16 per kilometre; to finish under that time, you need to be a little faster. This 16-week training plan assumes you already have a running base and experience with long runs. What matters is not just holding the required speed during short efforts, but continuing to run efficiently as fatigue builds.
In 1trAIner the coach distributes long, easy and intense sessions around your level and schedule. Once you connect Garmin or Apple Watch, watch data syncs automatically, and after every workout the plan is recalculated. The growth of training load is matched to recovery, not to a fixed mileage for everyone.
First the sustainable volume is consolidated, then, as readiness allows, the duration of work at race effort increases. Progress is judged by how steady the pace is at the end of long sessions and by how you feel afterwards. The final weeks shift the focus from accumulating load to recovery and an accurate pacing strategy.
