Preparing for a standard has a nice feature: the goal is measured by a single number. We've gathered such goals into a separate section — 17 of them, from the first 20 push-ups to a gold GTO badge.
Inside are push-ups for 20, 30, 50 and 100 reps, parallel bars, pull-ups from the first five to thirty, plank and abs, a military service standard with a 3 km run, and combined goals like "10 pull-ups and 50 push-ups". Each has an approximate timeframe — from four to sixteen weeks depending on where you start.
A plan for a standard isn't just a list of "do this many reps": it still tracks load and recovery, it's just that its goal is arithmetic, and progress is visible by the number. The section is here: standards, GTO and pull-ups.
