We collected ten questions people ask before they start and answered them in detail — that became the “Questions about the AI coach” section. It covers plans for a goal, preparation for a marathon and triathlon, workout review with Garmin, swimming and skiing, a missed week, and how the coach takes sleep and fatigue into account.

The answers are written the way we reply in messages: what to check in any service, what to look at in a ready-made plan, and where the neural network’s scope ends. No promises of results — the service is informational, and health questions remain with a doctor. A separate question looks at the difference between an AI coach and a human one: it’s not an argument but a choice for the task, and we honestly write what a text assistant can’t do.

The section is convenient to read in full or find your question by headings, and each answer ends with a link to a page on the topic — running, marathon, swimming, triathlon, skiing, or methodology. Button instructions and troubleshooting remain in the help center: it covers how to connect your watch and what to do if the data didn’t come through.
