Consent to personal data processing

By registering with the 1trAIner service and ticking the corresponding box in the registration or payment form, the user consents to the processing of personal data by OOO «АУТСТАФХАНТЕР».

Purposes of processing

Registration and maintenance of the account, providing informational services, aggregating data from devices and services, analyzing workouts, generating AI recommendations, accepting payment, and technical support.

Health data

The user separately confirms consent to the processing of data about workouts, physical activity, heart rate, sleep, recovery, weight, well-being, injuries, limitations, and other information that may relate to health.

This consent remains in effect until withdrawn by the user or until the purposes of processing are achieved, unless a different retention period is provided by Russian law.
