Payment, refunds, and service delivery

The user pays for access to the 1trAIner informational AI package with an internal token limit valid for 12 months. Before payment, the user sees the amount in rubles, the number of paid tokens, any bonus tokens, and the resulting token limit.

Payment methods

Payment is made by bank card and other methods available on the checkout page, through the payment provider. No physical goods are delivered; services are provided electronically.

Refunds

The user may request a refund of the unused portion of paid tokens. To request a refund, send a request to info@1trainer.ru with the account e-mail, the date and amount of payment, the reason for the request, and refund details if a refund cannot be made by the original method.

Requests are reviewed within 10 calendar days. Bonus tokens and other tokens granted free of charge are not refundable in money.

Receipts and taxes

OOO «АУТСТАФХАНТЕР» applies the AUSN taxation regime and is not subject to VAT. Electronic receipts are sent to users in accordance with the requirements of Russian law.
